2. Eligibility & Applications
Some programs (including THH VIP Accelerator and Inner Circle) are application-based. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application in our sole discretion.
3. Payments
Fees are stated on our Pricing page or your order form. Recurring memberships auto-renew until canceled. All charges appear on your statement as Social Impact AI (or an authorized payment descriptor). All amounts are in USD unless otherwise noted.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, frameworks, templates, and content are the property of Social Impact AI and licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use in your own operation. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our materials.
5. Client Responsibilities
Results depend on your own implementation. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or operational outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Impact AI's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
