Co-Founder — Housing & Operations
Toni brings more than two decades in real estate and affordable housing, having built and managed a portfolio that reached $3.2M at its peak, spanning 70+ housing units.
She knows firsthand what it takes to grow an impact-driven operation without burning it — or its founder — to the ground. Her work is anchored in a single conviction: build operators, not landlords.

Tiff leads on AI infrastructure and systems. She designs the workflows, command centers, and automations that give operators back their time — and their focus.
